Flood insurance can be for homeowners or renters as you can buy coverage for property, personal belongings, or both.

Do you need flood insurance?
In the spring 2010 edition of the Western Pennsylvania AAA Motorist magazine, flooding is noted as the most prevalent natural disaster, and that homes are 3 times more likely to be affected by flooding then fire.
